About Organization Success & Development, Inc.

The mission of Organization Success and Development (OSD, Inc.) is to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity. We do this by helping our clients facilitate change, improve team effectiveness, build internal consulting capability, and collaboratively develop and align strategy to ensure day-to-day work reinforces desired strategic direction.

OSD Principal
Diane Selleck is the president and principal consultant of Organization Success and Development, Inc. Diane has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and specializes in the area of organization development. Prior to starting her own firm she was an organization development leader for The St. Paul Companies, managed a change management consulting group, and also worked for US Bancorp, Mayo Medical Center, and Abbott-Northwestern Hospital. A partial list of OSD’s clients include CNA Insurance, Wells Fargo, Thrivent Financial, Sabre Holdings, CH Robinson Worldwide, Marigold/Kemps, City of Minneapolis, and the University of Minnesota.

Diane holds an MBA with honors in Strategic Management and Organization from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and was an adjunct instructor at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in the area of organizational effectiveness and change management. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She is a member of the Organization Development Network, American Society for Training and Development, The Human Resource Planning Society and the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
