Internal Consulting Skills Development
We partner with you and your HR organization to build internal consulting capability.

Human Resource (HR) professionals are being asked to be more “strategic” or act as “internal consultants.” Regardless of the terms used, a common business imperative is that HR professionals must work with management to help move the business forward. To perform this role successfully, HR professionals must possess strong consulting skills in addition to their traditional HR skill and knowledge base. We provide consulting skills workshops that address the unique role of the HR professional in making this transition. In conjunction with our partners at gOE, Inc. we offer the highly rated Consulting Skills Workshop for HR Professionals.

We work with your group to help develop organizational effectiveness capability.

HR professionals are increasingly expected to possess organizational effectiveness and/or organizational development skills. We work with your group to provide customized workshops or real time “action learning” opportunities to help your team build its ability to diagnose and carry out organizational effectiveness interventions.

Change Management and Transition Management
We work with you and your leadership team to

Assess change readiness and identify and proactively address areas critical to the success of your change efforts.

Develop and implement a change/transition management plan that builds stakeholder commitment and support.

Provide education sessions and ongoing coaching to leaders of the change effort. Help leaders to build their change leadership capability and coach them behind the scenes so they can lead and facilitate change efforts with their staff.
